Palaruvi is among the highest waterfalls in Kerala and the 32nd highest in India. The total height of the waterfall is 91 metres or 299 feet.

Find Palaruvi waterfall in Kollam on the Kollam-Shenkottah Road. It is located 75 kilometres away from Kollam. The splendid waterfall is easily accessible as it is located close to railway station and international airport. It is a safe picnic spot for the entire family. There are small pools at the bottom of the waterfall for the visitors to take bath. Women and children can bathe in the separate area restricted for them.
